BUYER/CONSUMER: The natural or legal person who purchases a service/paid plan via the CheckDay app or website.
This distance sales contract governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of digital services and paid plan/event tickets ordered electronically through CheckDay, in accordance with applicable consumer protection and distance contracts legislation.
From payment confirmation, the service/access is provided to the consumer instantly or on the date specified by the plan owner via the app or web. No physical delivery of goods is involved.
Prices are in Turkish Lira (TL) or the currency shown on the site and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken via iyzico by card (Visa, Mastercard, Troy) or other methods offered. Payment data is encrypted with SSL.
In distance contracts, the consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason and without penalty. For digital content supplied electronically and performed immediately with the consumer’s prior consent, the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has started.
